HCCK Company, as a joint venture of Henry Schein in
China, was established in 1996. It is a large-scale supplier and service
provider focusing on medical dental equipment, instruments, and materials.
Since its establishment, the company has won the support and love of customers
for its high-quality products and services and has been awarded "Quality
Management Excellence Unit" by Wuhan Drug Administration for two
consecutive years, and "Abide by Contract, Credit Enterprise" by

INTEGRATION
The integration of business, finance and taxation has
become an important trend in the future development of enterprises, which can
realize the scientific development of financial management, tax management and
business management of enterprises while optimizing the internal structure management.
In addition, with the continuous expansion of group's scale, the financial
management requirements are also correspondingly improved. In order to enhance
the management of subordinate companies, the group headquarters should
gradually improve the construction of the group's financial management system
and establish a unified accounting system and management platform for the
group.
Through preliminary communication and research, Huamei
learned that Henry Schein Group takes Dynamics 365 F&O as the unified ERP
platform of all branches in the Asia-pacific region, while HCCK currently uses
the third-party system as the supply chain management platform and financial
management. In the future, an ERP platform integrating finance and business
will be established on Dynamics 365 F&O.
Based on Huamei’s solution of Dynamics 365 F&O and
third-party system integration, the first phase project mainly realized the
supply chain data docking between Dynamics 365 F&O and third-party system,
and realized financial management in Dynamics 365 F&O. In this way, while
further realizing standardized financial management, it will be a solid
foundation for realizing the integration of industry and finance in the future.
SOLUTIONS
Real-time transfer of all process transaction documents
of sales, procurement, and inventory in the existing system to Dynamics 365 F&O,
and automatic completion of business operations such as receipt and delivery,
billing, and inventory transfer according to the corresponding event time node.
This requires that master data from existing systems also be transferred to
Dynamics 365 to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Further standardize
financial management, strengthen financial group control. And through the
seamless integration of master data and supply chain data, initially realize
the integration of supply chain data and financial data, while conducting
sales, procurement, inventory business, automatically generate financial
vouchers and related transaction data.
