CRM Developers

Responsibilities:

Take charge for CRM project study and analysis, and provide good services to customers before sales.

Participate in the writing of the CRM pre-sale application solutions, interpretation and product presentation. Communicate with customers by combining actual business before sales.

Make plan and stick to it.

Be responsible for developing, and evolving applications of CRM project.

Collect and analyze business requirements.

Supervises junior and senior engineers with complex support task.

Participate in the innovation and design of the new project.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or related field. At least 2 years' experience in CRM.

Have comprehensive knowledge of CRM system, involved in developing complete experience.

Well organized, self-motivated problem solver and team player with excellent interpretation skills.

Experience with Microsoft CRM is preferred.

Excellent listening and speaking ability is preferred.
